Privacy notice
We ask for ranges, not documents. Retire Atlas never requests account numbers, statements, Social Security numbers, or login credentials — and no one from Retire Atlas will ever ask you for them. Your answers are used to prepare a preliminary educational snapshot and to match you with a licensed advisor in your state.
Draft pending legal review
This is a plain-language draft that describes how the site behaves today. Final privacy, TCPA, state mini-TCPA, A2P messaging and agency-of-record language must be finalized by counsel before any paid traffic or outbound messaging. We have deliberately not stated a company address, license number, carrier relationship or compensation model here, because those are not settled.
What we collect
Answers you select in the Retire Atlas assessment. These are ranges and categories — for example an age band or a savings range — not exact figures.
Contact details you type: first and last name, email address, phone number, your state, and your preferred contact method and time.
Consent record: the exact consent wording shown to you and the date and time you submitted it.
Basic page context: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.
What we never ask for
Account numbers, statements, tax returns, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, or login credentials for any financial institution.
No one representing Retire Atlas will request these by email or SMS. If you receive such a request, do not respond to it.
Why we use it
To prepare your preliminary Retire Atlas snapshot, which is educational material.
To contact you about that snapshot and, if you ask for one, to arrange an optional review with a licensed professional in your state.
To measure how many people start and complete the assessment, in aggregate.
Who can see it
Retire Atlas staff who prepare snapshots and coordinate reviews.
A licensed professional matched to your state, only if you request a review.
Service providers that host this site and store the records on our behalf, under contract.
We do not sell your information. We do not send your savings range or any health-related answer to advertising platforms.
Advertising and measurement
This site is not currently connected to an advertising pixel or conversions API. If measurement tools are added later, this notice will be updated first, and event names will carry no savings range, health detail or free-text answer.
Your choices
You may reply STOP to any SMS to end text messages, or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from email using the link in any message.
You may ask us to correct or delete your record. Contact details for that request will be published with the final version of this notice.
Consent to be contacted is never a condition of any purchase.
Retention and security
Assessment records are stored in a private database that is not readable from this website by the public.
Retention periods and deletion timelines are being set with counsel and will be stated in the final notice.
